Board of Directors

AFIRE’s board of directors plays a critical role in planning, fundraising, and financial oversight of the organization. It oversees the work of AFIRE’s leadership and holds fiscal and fiduciary responsibility for the organization, ensuring all activities align with AFIRE’s mission and strategic goals.

The board meets quarterly to address general board matters, while additional meetings are convened for specific tasks and projects. Decisions are made collectively by the board through a voting process, ensuring a collaborative approach to decision-making.
